Collection: January Specials (agapanthus and daylilies)

We're kicking off the new year with fantastic specials on our agapanthus and daylilies. These two plant families are true cornerstones, especially in the increasingly harsh climates of central South Africa. Yes, we're talking to our friends in the Free State and Northern Cape! These plants can thrive in most climates and are perfect fillers for mixed beds or as a single variety to cover a lot of ground. Imagine a large bed filled to the brim with white agapanthus—so striking and classy!

These plants require minimal care, but remember, proper soil preparation is key. Add as much organic matter as possible to keep your beds alive with all the good guys digging, delving, and aerating the soil for better health and growth. January is one of the hottest months of the year, so make sure your beds are properly mulched. Mulch is incredibly valuable in every garden. Beds with a thick layer of mulch will stay wet for much longer, giving your plants a better chance of surviving harsh conditions.
